Sputnik was rescued on 10th January 2014 Gender : Male Location of Rescue : Hayle beach Age at Rescue : 8 weeks old Reason for Rescue : The pup was found to be very malnourished. Minor wounds to rear flippers and was a bit snotty! Update - 20th January 2014 : Sputnik is currently in hospital pen number 1. Update - 24th February 2014 : Sputnik is now in the outside pools learning how to compete for his fish with other seals during feeding time.
