Photo of Robin, Batman, Wonder Woman, Mystique, Spiderman and Danger Mouse was taken in the seal hospital´s weaning pool on 30th July 2013.
Now that they´ve completely got over their illness, Robin and Mystique have been able to join Danger Mouse, Batman, Spiderman, and Wonder Woman in the pup pool. They are settling in nicely and definitely enjoying the chance to make some friends!
Mystique in particular was always trying to climb the sides of her pen to meet her neighbours on either side, so is very excited to finally get to play with the others!
Robin´s favourite thing to do is swim, so being in the pup pool means she gets the chance play in the deeper water, which she loves.
All six of the pups in the pool are very healthy and putting on lots of weight, each eating up to 3kg of fish a day now!
They´re getting nice and fat, which means they will be able to move to the big outdoor pool with the resident seals as soon as they learn to pick up the fish from the water for themselves.
Spiderman, Robin and Danger Mouse are the fastest learners so far, and just began to get the hang of this!
Batman, Wonder Woman, and Mystique still like to be a little lazy and much prefers to get the team to do all the hard work, rather than feeding on their own. It won't be long until they figure it out too though.
