Puffin was rescued on 4th July 2017 Puffin, a 2 week old male common seal pup, was rescued on 4th July 2017. This pup was found with a swollen face and lots of bite wounds to his head and body. When Puffin arrived at the seal rescue hospital, the dedicated Animal Care Team started him on a special fish soup mixture. He will have this fish soup for a few days until he starts eating fish on his own. Click here to see a larger version of this and above photos were taken on 7th July 2017. Update - 10th October 2017 : Puffin along with Blue, Dusky, Daggernose, Bala, Hector, Polly-Ann and Hawksbill, were released back into the sea at Hunstanton beach on 9th October 2017.
