Puffalump was rescued on 18th February 2019

Puffalump, 12 weeks old female seal pup, was rescued on 18th February 2019 from Mousehole by the British Divers Marine Life Rescue (BDMLR) volunteer medics.
This pup had a cut on her underside, suspect eye injury, good weight and slightly high temperature.
Puffalump was rescued at the same time as Whitney Houston.

Update - 20th March 2019 : Puffalump is currently in nursery pool 3 for her next stage of rehabilitation and to learn how to compete for fish during feeding time with the other rescued seal pups.

Update - 22nd April 2019 : Puffalump is in the convalescent pool and weighs 29kgs.

Update - 12th May 2019 : G.I. Joe (left top) and Puffalump (left bottom) were released back into the wild on 10th May 2019 at Dollar Cove on the south coast of Cornwall.
