Choc Ice, 3 weeks female common seal pup, was rescued at Holme Dunes on 3rd August 2015 by Nat, a member of the Animal Care Team. She was found to be lethargic and skinny. Weighed 13kgs upon arrival at the seal hospital. With some TLC from the Animal Care Team, Choc Ice should be feeling much better in no time! Update - 10th August 2015 : Photo above and left of Choc Ice were taken on 9th August 2015, she is currently in hospital pen number 2. Click here to see a large of this and above photos. Update - 21st August 2015 : Choc Ice sadly passed away on 14th August 2015. It is always very sad when one of the rescued pups dies but sometimes these little ones just don´t have enough antibodies and strength in them to pull through, despite the best efforts of all the staff at Hunstanton SEA LIFE Sanctuary.
