Blitzen and another seal pup named Rudolph were released back to the wild at Winterton beach on 11th February 2016. Weighing 40kgs and 45kgs respectively they have successfully been rehabilitated and have been released in the same area they were rescued from!
As Blitzen and Rudolph happily bounded back into the waves, it was a lovely surprise to meet the couple who reported Rudolph in distress back in December 2015!
