Hunstanton Sea Life - Aquarium
Pacific Sea Nettle (Chrysaora fuscescens) are a species of jellyfish, known as true jellyfish that can be found in coastal waters around the US states like California and Oregon.   They have also been found west of Japan and in the Gulf of Alaska.   They are often found near to the surface of the water and can often be seen in large swarms.

These jellyfish can be found up to 4 metres long including their beautiful tentacles.   Pacific Sea Nettles are not fussy eaters and will eat other jellyfish species, small fish and other invertebrates.   As they move through the water, they are able to catch their food in the tentacles.   These jellyfish are often eaten by sea turtles.
