Scat (Scatophagus argus) live in both freshwater and saltwater environments in estuaries, harbours and mangroves in the Indo-Pacific. Destruction of its habitat, overfishing and pollution. Scat are omnivorous and an indiscriminate feeders, junveniles prefer zooplankton but the adults will eat anything they can find!
