Gerrard
Gerrard was found on the public beach and there was no sign of his mum. He was looking a little dehydrated. He was therefore brought back to the Sanctuary and re-hydrated with a special electrolyte given to him via a tube. He was also given a multi-vitamin injection and has now started on his special milk formula, which would replicate his mother's milk. He is still at the stage of needing five feeds a day (just like many babies across the animal world), they quickly absorb all the nutrients from the milk and need re-feeding every few hours!!
