At the National Seal Sanctuary we’re committed to two things; protecting marine life and delighting our visitors. We now need an Operations Manager with the drive and ambition to ensure that every aspect of our brand, including fantastic customer service and excellent quality standards continues to deliver increasing profits.
Confident and highly focused, your primary aim is to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. While the role clearly involves addressing some impressive challenges, it will put you on the ladder to success. To take on a role that is so central to the success of the Sanctuary, you’ll need at least three years’ relevant operational experience in an attraction or retail setting.
