STING - Rescued on 17th January 2006

Sting was rescued on the 17th of January 2006 from Gwithian. He had wounds to his flippers and a respiratory infection. He is very sleepy, receiving treatment for his wounds and infection and has been introduced to fish.

Update: 23rd June 2006 - Sting wearing a yellow hat J8 along with Slip were released back into the wild at 7.15am on 14th of June 2006 at Porthtowan.

Update: 25th June 2006 - Sting with his yellow hat (J8) was spotted today near where he was originally rescued.
