SAM
Sam Sam was rescued by the RSPCA and transferred to us for their final stage of rehabilitation and then release back into the wild. Sam was rescued from Croyde in Devon (orange flipper tag number 62017)

Update: 24th December 2008 - Sam now weighs 33 kilos.

Update: 22nd April 2012 - Sam was spotted amongst the seals at a local haul-out along the north coast of Cornwall by members of the Cornwall Seal Group on 2nd & 3rd April 2009, 23rd April 2009, 26th September 2009, 8th May 2010, 19th March 2011, 27th May 2011 and 6th January 2012.

Members of the Cornwall Seal Group volunteer hundreds of hours of their own time to photo, identify and watch over the seals around the Cornish coast, especially at pup time!
