Oscar was rescued on 27th October 2008

Oscar Oscar was rescued on 27th October 2008 from Portreath due to a public disturbance; and had a couple of old wounds that had nearly healed and a scratch to his right eye. Oscar also had a snotty nose, and is self feeding. Oscar was so dehydrated that will thought he was a boy, turns out he is a girl, but still called Oscar.
Oscar Update: 7th November 2008 - Oscar is now in water and lots of splashing can be heard from her pen.

Update: 24th November 2008 - These photos of Oscar were taken on 15th November 2008 in the hospital. Oscar's flipper tag number is 007 (red). Oscar is a little bit lonely in the outdoor nursery pool by himself, hopefully there will be a pup ready to move down from the hospital soon.

Oscar Update: 12th December 2008 - Oscar now weighs 21 kilos; she is in nursery pool No. 2 and receiving antibiotics for an infection in his left rear flipper.

Update: 24th December 2008 - Oscar currently weighs 22 kilos.

Update: 1st January 2009 - These photos of Oscar in the convalescent pool were taken on 29th December 2008.
