Molly was rescued on 12th November 2009
Molly was rescued in north Devon from Hartland Point by the BDMLR on 12th November 2009, this little pup needed to rest and given fluids for the journey and so it was decided the best location was Tesco car park, well they do say ‘every little helps!’

Molly was brought into the Sanctuary and put into isolation 2, she was malnourished and had a few puncture wounds to her body, she is 4 weeks old and just 12 kilos.
Molly Update: 20th November 2009 - In the hospital Molly has now moved out of isolation 2 and into our main hospital into pen 1. Molly now has got water in her pen everyday and is really enjoying it, just not when this picture was taken but is feeding by herself.

Update: 2nd January 2010 - Molly now weighs 32 kilos.
Her flipper tag number is 13 (light blue).
Update: 24th January 2010 - Molly is now in the outside pool.

Update: 1st March 2010 - Molly along with Pigwidgeon and Rebeus were released back into the wild on 11th February 2010 at Gunwalloe.
