I joined the Sanctuary after working at various other Sea Life Centres all over the country. I have been at this site now for 8 years and probably many more to come. I really enjoy working here as no day is ever the same as we have such a variety of animals to care for. I especially enjoy the rehabilitation work as it is so good to see the animals being returned to the wild.

In my spare time I work with HM Coastguard on the Search and Rescue team, this is all done on a callout basis which means we get called out at all sorts of times of the day. I enjoy doing this work as I am helping various people and is another way to help the local marine mammals.
