Ridley (Turtle) was rescued on 13th June 2017
Ridley was rescued on the 13th of June 2017 from Old Hunstanton beach.

This pup was born prematurely and abandoned by his mother, he´s also lost a significant amount of his birth weight.

Ridley Ridley is currently being rehydrated before he can progress onto the special fish soup mixture.

The dedicated animal care team are working hard to get him better so he can be returned to the Wash.


For the common seals rescue season, the pups will be named after "endangered animals around the world".
Update - 3rd July 2017 : Ridley currently weighs 10.43kgs and is in hospital pen number 2.
