The Cornish Seal Sanctuary are delighted to announce that they will be doing a beach clean on Wednesday 31st January at 10.15am at Kennack Sands and we will be joined by the incredible Wayne and Koda!

Wayne Dixon (Wayne´s Walking - Clean Mind, Clean streets, Clean life) is travelling around Britain with his Inuit dog Koda, cleaning the beaches and coastal paths as they go.

Dubbed an environmental hero and inspiring many communities to start caring for their own local environments, Wayne is raising awareness for Keep Britain Tidy and money for Mind and the Northern Inuit Society Dog Rescue.

Wayne was inspired to start his walk in memory of his father, John L Dixon, a historical writer and avid walker who died in 2012 and has so far covered nearly 3,000 of his 7,000 mile walk.

The Cornish Seal Sanctuary are extremely delighted to have the opportunity to join Wayne and Koda as they tackle part of the beautiful Lizard coast. If you would like to join the team, please meet on Wednesday at 10.15am at Kennack Sands.

Wayne and Koda will be joining them after at the Sanctuary to meet the seals, so you are welcome to join them at 1pm to meet Wayne at the Sanctuary.
