Here are five short videos of Olaf filmed by Sue Sayer of the Cornwall Seal Group on 25th May 2015. Sue said "Olaf playing excitedly as he sees a big grown up seal haul out for the first time and heaps of seals in the wild. I have never seen any seal in the wild this excited and apparently happy. The videos do not do his encounters justice. He is the one with the yellow rear flipper tag being followed around by a young female, who soon runs out of energy and gives up chasing him!"

Members of the Cornwall Seal Group volunteer hundreds of hours of their own time to photo, identify and watch over the seals around the Cornish coast.

The Cornwall Seal Group are always looking for people to send in their photos so they can be matched with known seals on their database. They already have confirmed matches of seals first identified in Cornwall going to Ireland, Wales, Scillies and Northern France all through photos people have sent in. Sue Sayer, founder of the Cornwall Seal Group, is great seal spotter.

To learn more about Sue Sayer´s great work, Sue has written a book called ´Seal Secrets´ which was published on 20th March 2012. It can be ordered from local bookshops or from Amazon.
