Resident Common Seal - Miley
Miley - Resident Common Seal
Although originally rescued on the 12th June 2012, Miley is one of the Sanctuary´s Resident Seals.

Due to an ongoing Thyroid condition, Miley was unable to be returned to the wild. She has spent the last five years living in the outdoor pool helping to teach many new seasons of pups how to play and compete for food.

Though she recovered in 2012, Miley is currently requiring some extra TLC and recovery time whilst the Sanctuary´s new more boisterous residents from Oban Sea Life Sanctuary settle into their new home, Miley is being kept in the hospital´s weaning pool for a little while. Get Well soon Miley.

This photo of Miley was taken on 16th November 2018 in the hospital´s weaning pool.
