Lumos was rescued on 14th December 2017
Lumos, female whitecoat grey seal pup, was rescued on the 14th December 2017 from Heacham North beach.

She is just over 3 weeks old and is very small at only 14kgs. She has a nasty wound to her back which was caused by a dog chasing her on the beach.

Update - 21st January 2018 : She was moved outside to the seal enclosure for a few weeks, but is now back in the hospital for a little while because Lumos kept over eating all the fish then being sick.

Lumos Update - 18th February 2018 : Lumos has been moved to the outside seal enclosure for her final stage of rehabilitation.

Seal Release - 22nd March 2018 Update - 25th March 2018 : Lumos along with Accio, Wingardium, Leatherback and Leviosa were released back into the wild on 22nd March 2018 on Hunstanton beach.
