Jar Jar Binks was rescued on 5th March 2017
Jar Jar Binks, male grey seal, was rescued on 5th March 2017 from West Runton, weighing 20kgs.

He had lots of blood around his mouth and suspected a facial injury or worms, on checking him in it turned out to be worms.

Update - 23rd March 2017 : Jar Jar Binks is doing really well, nearly finished treatment and all being well will go into the outdoor pool next week for his next stage of rehabilitation and to learn how to compete for fish with other seals.
Jar Jar Binks Update - 16th April 2017 : Jar Jar Binks is currently in the outside pool putting on lots of weight before being released back to the wild in the coming month.

Jar Jar Binks´s flipper tag number is 401 (white).

Update - 29th April 2017 : Jar Jar Binks along Senator Bail, Padmé and Pao have completed their rehabilitation and were released back into the wild on 26th April 2017 on the beach at the front of Hunstanton SEA LIFE.
