Dancer was rescued on 11th January 2016
Dancer was picked up by volunteer seal rescuer, Stephanie, from Weybourne beach on 11th January 2016.

This little grey seal pup is very small for her age and only weighs 16kgs.
Dancer The pup also had some bite wounds to her flippers and signs of infection but with some treatment and TLC from the amazing Animal Care Team; hope she´ll be feeling a little brighter before too long.

Update - 28th February 2016 : Dancer is now in the outside pool for her final stage of rehabilitation and to learn how to compete for fish with the resident adult seals and rescued seal pups.

Dancer - 10th April 2016 Update - 12th April 2016 : This photo of Dancer in the outside seal pool was taken on 10th April 2016.

Dancer´s flipper tag number is 164 (blue). She weighs 50kgs.

Update - 12th April 2016 : Dancer along with Princess Peach, Dasher, Prancer, Comet and Buddy have been rehabilitated over the last few months and were released at Snettisham beach back into the sea where they belong on 11th April 2016.
