Harley was rescued on 7th March 2009

Harley was rescued on the 7th March 2009 from Porthcurno. He had puncture wounds to his body and a discharge from his right eye, and malnourished and so he was brought back to the Sanctuary. In the hospital we cleaned and treated his wounds and started him on treated for his eye, a course of antibiotics. Harley was estimated to be around 12 weeks old and weighed 19 kilos, which for a pup of this age is very under weight.

Update: 27th March 2009 - Harley is still in our hospital and will need his second wormer before being moved down to the nursery pools.
