| On the 7th of January 2008 we received a call from a member of the public about a seal at Godrevy. As we had a member of staff who lived just down the road (and was on a day off) we called him and he went out to take a look. The pup was very quiet and had some minor wounds to his body. The pup was brought back to the Sanctuary where it was give a clinical assessment, he weighed 18.5 kilos; his wounds were cleaned and treated. This pup is a little boy and has been named Gwithyen.
