Britains Oldest Captive Common Seal is a Dad Again
Lets introduce to you the newest (and rather unexpected!) arrival at the Cornish Seal Sanctuary, a beautiful Common Seal pup, it was born on Saturday 29th June 2013 to mum Sija and dad Babyface.

Both mum and pup are doing well, and have been spending a lot of time bonding.

The Cornish Seal Sanctuary are thrilled, and the birth comes as a bit of a surprise as dad Babyface, is thought to be the oldest Common Seal in the world at 36 years old!   The new arrival has not yet been named.   Click here to read press release.
