Stanley Gets New Mate
Proud Step Father
Stanley, our male sheep, who has been a bit lonely has now got a little female friend and a new step-daughter. The ewe and baby lamb arrived just over a week ago and have settled in very well and get on extremely well with Stanley. With half term and the kids on holiday, Stanley was out and about on his walks meeting the public and enjoying all the attention and treats.

We have now launched a competition to name the ewe and baby lamb. If you do have any suggestions please put them on an email to us and the winner will receive a year's adoption of our sheep. Names can be sent via email to seals@sealsanctuary.co.uk.

Pup News Update
‘Thursday’ has now completely moulted and is feeding well on fish, and the Animal Care Team have already started to put water in her pen, so she can learn to swim.

‘Olive’ is also still in the hospital and has had to have a change of antibiotics for an infection, once she is over this we can move her down to the nursery pools.

Our two RSPCA pups, Ken and Emma have now been moved into the convalescent pool with the others and we are just waiting for Custard Cream and Evie to come up to weight, but these two are having great time playing with our visitors through the underwater viewing windows.

We are also looking to release another five pups in a few weeks time.
