Gruffalo rescued on 5th January 2011
Gruffalo was rescued on the 5th January 2011 from Godrevy by members of the Cornwall Seal Group and British Divers Marine Life Rescue teams.

This little boy was around 10 weeks old with breathing problems, discharge and a minor eye problem. Gruffalo has now been moved through to the main hospital, he is a very bad tempered seal.

Update: 8th February 2011 - Gruffalo has now been moved down to nursery pool No. 4 and currently weighs 21 kilos.
His flipper tag number is 30 (white).

Update: 4th March 2011 - Gruffalo is hanging out by the gates, we think he wants to be back in the nursery pools!

Update: 30th May 2011 - Gruffalo along with Manny, Lightning McQueen and Bulleyes were released back into the wild at Gwithian
on 16th May 2011.
