Freddie Mercury was rescued on 14th November 2012
My name is Freddie Mercury and I was rescued from Cape Cornwall by members of the British Divers Marine Life Rescue team (BDMLR)
who very kindly gave me a lift to the seal sanctuary where I am currently in the hospital, I´m still in intensive care but am feeling a bit better than I did.

I had wounds to all my flippers and a big wound on my left eye.

The nice animal care team are teaching me to eat fish. They are also giving me antibiotics and anti-inflamatories as I may have lung worm. I am now about 6 weeks old and have been here
since 14th November 2012.
