Echo was rescued on 24th January 2015
Echo, 8 weeks old female grey seal pup, was rescued from Porth beach in Newquay on 24th January 2015 by members of the British Divers Marine Life Rescue (BDMLR) team.

This pup had a broken rear left flipper, first digit bone protruding and some puncture wounds. Weighed 16.5kgs.

Update - 31st March 2015 : Echo is in the outside pool for her next stage of rehabilitation.
Her flipper tag number is 080 (yellow). The above photo was taken in March 2015 in the convalescent pool.

Update - 12th April 2015 : Echo was released back into the wild along with Stardust, Iceman, Felix, Mystique, Batman and She-Ra on 8th April 2015 at Gwithian.
