| Alan - Arrived on 27th November 2007 |
| Alan was rescued from Penzance on 27th of November 2007. He was 3 weeks old when we rescued him. He was malnourished and wheezing, he also had a cough and an eye infection. Alan weighs 11.5kg, and so, is in isolation until he gains some weight. He is currently being force fed, and is receiving antibiotics, eye drops, and pain relief for his illness. He must be free from infection before he can be moved to the main hospital. | ![]() |

Update: 6th May 2009 - Alan was spotted at a local haul-out along the north coast of Cornwall by Sue Sayer and Simon Bone on 29th August 2008, 10th September 2008, 16th November 2008, 27th November 2008, 20th December 2008, 22nd January 2009, 30th & 31st January 2009 and 23rd April 2009. (Simon and Sue are a member of the Cornwall Seal Group who identifies and monitors local seals). |
